I worked with Priscilla Raj in Bursa, Turkey during the summer of 2012. Priscilla was an excellent co-worker. She is an exceptional teacher as well. She is wonderful with the children and they really enjoyed having her in their classroom. She also is a team player and shared her experiences traveling and teaching with all of her co-workers and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone that needed help. I would recommend Priscilla both personally and professionally and would jump at the chance to work with her again. Any organization would be lucky to have her as a part of their team.

Priscilla worked with Partners in Education Roatan in July 2014. She worked both on site at the library in Sandy Bay and the schools and the book mobiles throughout the Western parts of the Island. She was quite enthusiastic always full of creativity and new ideas for the kids. She proved to have excellent therapeutic skills addressing problems in a troubled family dynamic especially among two younger boys.
During Priscilla’s time, the children had consistent attendance. She tutored those who needed reading, English, and Math assistance. Our staff positively commented on her work with a young boy traumatized by speaking English. Before she left, this little boy, just seven years old, was speaking with a smile on his face. As a result, his father demonstrated extreme gratitude to our program.
Another case that we appreciated was a 14 year old girl with a learning disability who she assisted with new ways to learn Math. This student came everyday through our office with motivation and a desire to learn a subject she struggled with consistently in school.
Priscilla was assigned Motivational training for staff, which she did remarkably. With concern for the children and youth, she created a book with Mental health and exercises for problematic behavior. This was for our staff who have little knowledge of this topic. It serves as a great resource for our staff and volunteers.
Priscilla’s participation, commitment, and desire to improve students learning and behavior is inspiring. She is a wonderful, young woman with big goals and aspirations. We wish her the best of luck and are appreciative she spent time working in our program.

It was the true work of God to have Priscilla work with us this summer in our community. When the Director told me she was coming, I was so happy because no one worked with us before. She came with a big passion to help and with little to no resources she started a summer camp called, “Believe in Me”. Her demonstration of teamwork was strong collaborating with me in long talks of how to make the community better. To grow plants, to educate us, to build support and resources, every day she came with energy and I found her to be someone with a heart for kids and she was amazing with them. With parents, she went in our homes door to door helping with parent’s needs. Two single mothers were struggling with ten kids. She really empowered them to feel good and give structure to their kids. She is someone like myself who really cares and puts in effort no matter what circumstance. She built a strong foundation with them and overall she is a great worker and server to God.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation for Priscilla’s achievements with Monkey Bay. She was given a formidable task to strengthen a newly formed tri-party relationship between Monkey Bay and Central Assembly of God church. She proved to be consistent support and provided a full evaluation of the community for use in future student programs. She did this with integrity while consistently advocating the strengths and abilities of the community.
From the minute she arrived, she was determined to immerse herself in the lives and hearts of 100+ children. She left a strong message with these children to believe in themselves and never give up. Without a doubt, few could achieve what she did in the time frame that was given.
She is a truly admirable person who will have a successful life wherever she goes, she will make someone’s life better.

She worked with us to advocate the rights of the Tibetan people in our home of Dharmasala. It was her along with a large group of volunteers passionately giving their time to the needs of our organization. It was the help of these volunteers that lead to our march to stop violence and spread peace in Tibet. Her ability to relate to our people, make them smile, and fight for our independence makes us very thankful for her participation.

Ms. Raj utilized a strength based approach when considering issues and pathologies that the clients on her case load presented with. She demonstrated ability to recognize pertinent deficits in regards to her clients. She demonstrated the ability to be sensitive when assessing the needs of her clients and has developed a sound report and professional helping relationships with her clients.
Ms. Raj has demonstrated via use of self that she has a strong identification with the concept of "breaking down barriers" when it comes to client functioning as well as her perception of negative aspects of societal/political systems that may present barriers.
Ms. Raj is a strong advocate for her clients. She can navigate well in terms of agency systems on both the intra and extra levels. Ms. Raj maintained a strong data base of community resources. Ms. Raj was diligent and successful in terms of eliciting pertinent and relevant information in regards to contributing factors as they relate to the presenting problems of the client. Ms. Raj spent much time in terms of overtime, field work with the community and with co-workers.
With Ms. Raj there was open and honest discussion around race, class, and power and how these elements affects the many different systems that we as clinicians must become experts in to provide best service to clients. Ms. Raj always spent great time analyzing the system and how to improve its flaws while improving well-being of others. She is quite committed to improving the lives of others. With her desire to go abroad, there is doubt she will be successful in her travels.

I've known Priscilla for over seven years and I'm truly amazed at how selfless she can be. Priscilla has a huge heart and only desires to serve others. She is the only person I personally know that has flown halfway around the world to serve. I first learned how gifted Priscilla was when I had the opportunity to work with her at Starview Behavioral Group. There she worked as a Mental Health Counselor drafting lesson plans, organizing group therapy sessions, charting and reviewing client's mental health history, and coordinating transportation for clients. Priscilla constantly volunteered for new trainings and community events, to remain current with the latest and most effective evidence-based and researched-backed practices. Her ability to multi task, and work in crisis mode are superior to what I have experienced professionally. Priscilla is gifted at working with adolescents who have learning disabilities, and social behavior issues. She has shown dedication to her field of expertise, often spending additional hours in the office sacrificing some of her personal time. Her gift extends to parents and anyone else in her professional realm. Priscilla has proven to have a wonderful work ethic and a passion to serve others in any capacity. I'm blessed to have worked alongside Priscilla.

I have had the privilege of supervising Priscilla’s therapeutic skills in the classroom. Priscilla has served Behavior Intervention Therapist for Total Education Solutions for over a year. She has facilitated students of all ages that suffer from learning and disciplinary issues that necessitate their Special Education placement coupled with Behavior Intervention Services. Priscilla displays an innate ability to incorporate planned behavior intervention strategies in both the classroom environment as well as the home environment. Priscilla’s placement opportunities have allowed her to work with a unique and large spectrum of students with needs ranging from Attention Deficit Disorder/Hyper Activity, Autism, Downs Syndrome, and Developmental Disorder. Each of these cases has allowed Priscilla to increase her knowledge on a broad range of issues regarding special needs.
Priscilla’s commitment to her position has impressed me from the beginning of my supervision of her. I have come to appreciate and rely on her dedication not only to her students, but to her constant desire to provide her clients with the most supportive and knowledgeable environment possible. Priscilla has continually set the precedence for my high expectations of the many therapists I supervise. Her dedication and desire for constant improvement in her abilities has allowed her to gain the respect of our entire program.

During my Senior year, I started working with Priscilla. She helped me with many major assignments as well as college applications. With the demands of my French school, it was difficult applying to schools. She was a big help to me. She made sure my work was at the best quality possible and that it was done before the deadlines. I always had questions and needed things last minute and she was there.
With all this, she was very patient and would go over my work as many times as necessary until my work was at its finest. Even during the holidays, she made herself available to me. Now thanks to her, I am studying business management at the University of Westminster.

Presilla was my teacher when working in Istanbul, Turkey. She was always smiling, helpful, and very professional. For me, I felt my English was very bad, but she gave me confidence to feel not so bad. With my work, I had many English speaking meetings, confernces, and presentations. This was difficult for keeping up, but she practiced with me until I got it right. The homework and activity made me like English. English is not easy to learn, but I learned too much with her. She is great and I hope to work again with her.

In my career with Oracle, it was time for a new career changing. The opportunity to work in Canada came to me and I decided to apply. The problem is that my English needed to pass an exam and an in person interview.
I hired Priscilla under her company from a staff worker and was very satisfied with her work. She spent time with real interview questions and ways to answer. We practiced for 3 weeks on the interview, but also business vocabulary. She was so positive and thanks to her I did get the job. I even came back to practice more English full time because I liked it that much. You must learn English with Priscilla because she is the best. Thank you.

To improve my English, writing, and speaking skills, I called Priscilla Raj. During that time, she proved to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on English principles and concepts. She was always patient and laughed at my jokes. She helped me learn to love the English language.

The past year I have seen enormous growth and intelligence in regards to applicant working with her client. Priscilla demonstrates her diligence, dedication to her student’s progress, and professionalism on a consistent basis. Since performing behavior intervention services with her student, I have seen tremendous improvement in student’s appropriate behaviors and daily living skills. Her work consists of Behavioral Intervention with a 17-year-old boy with profound Mental Retardation. Priscilla has helped her student perform self-help skills that previously he was not able to do such as: washing hands, throwing trash away, greeting others by shaking their hands rather than scratching and biting them, and asking for certain objects through PECS (Picture Exchange Cards). He participated in the Special Olympics and won the award for Most Improved student. Teachers, staff, and myself were astonished with his improvement and Priscilla’s persistence to believe in his capabilities. It was not just her assigned students, but Priscilla assisted the whole classroom and all students she came into contact with, which gave tremendous help to a full classroom with Special needs children requiring the individual attention.
In addition, Priscilla believes in the strengths of her students and sets up her student for success and promotes independence, which are key elements when working with children with special needs. Priscilla is knowledgeable in her practices by attending optional trainings, and always seeks new approaches when working with her student.
In sum, Priscilla is a hardworking, motivated, and intelligible individual. Working with her is always a pleasure
